Tedford & Bearham

Tedford & Bearham is my main layout built in a dedicated loft room that is around 15ft by 8ft.

It is a predominantly modern image layout usually set in the 80s to 90s period with three loop tracks for ‘tail chasing’, a main station, a branch station, a lower level station a large diesel depot and various other sidings and yards.

It was featured in issue 146 of Model Rail Magazine, although it has evolved considerably over a 20 year lifespan.

It is DCC controlled using a Lenz system with computerised route setting that uses custom Visual Basic control software.
